For eligible items:
The product will have a black & red 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE LOGO. This logo MUST appear above the add to cart button or that item is NOT eligible for our return policy.
All returns must come back in like new condition in original packaging
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight to buyer is not refundable (regardless of "free shipping" stated on page) we incur shipping costs to send it
Buyer to send product back insured with tracking at their expense or we reserve the right to recover costs for repair, replacement and/or the diminution in value of the product.
Return Procedure: call our toll-free number to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). We will advise where to ship. If a product is returned without an RMA to any address other than what we provide, the return will not be honored.
Note: only products purchased after April 6, 2021, are eligible for return consideration (the date we opened the 30 day policy on select items only).
Free shipping to locations within the 48 contiguous US states (Alaska, HI, and Canada are not included). If you live in AK, HI, or Canada please call or email us before ordering, as a quotation will need to be made prior to ordering.
Items that ship from Australia will incur duties/taxes and payable prior to delivery to the delivery company.
C: Cancellations during shipping (before arrival): Not permitted.
If a cancellation is made while shipment is in progress, freight fees there and back are not refundable. If this occurs, you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to have the item returned to the warehouse.
Affirm orders may not be cancelled. Once item ships, no returns whatsoever.
D: All disputes are to be governed in the state of California, in and for the County of Orange. If there is any litigation surrounding the disputes, the prevailing party can recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in connection with the dispute.
*IMPORTANT* If your box or product arrives damaged, you must indicate with the driver and get a signed confirmation from them of damage at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in our inability to service or repair under our insurance policy for the item and you will be fully responsible for any costs associated with repairs.
We do not guarantee delivery within a specific period. All shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days to ship and another 5-7 business days for delivery. See each product page for shipping transit times.
