Digital Marketing Specialist

Full-time

Remote

$60,000 - $70,000 a year

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to manage the flow of marketing information and communication from all digital channels through multiple sources, including team members at Da Vinci Medical as well as external marketing firms and partners. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also support the delivery and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategy, to ensure that all customer and community touch points are reflective of the brand’s image.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across all online channels to drive customer acquisition including email, paid, social media campaigns, etc.

  • Optimize Website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords (i.e. Google AdWords, etc.) or other content

  • Assist with graphic design needs for marketing department including logos, flyers, brochures, ads

  • Manage relationships with vendors for services related to marketing (e.g., email service providers)

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and creates reports and presentations for management

  • Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth

  • Assists with and develops/outsources filming scripts and media production

  • Performs other duties as assigned

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

  • Extensive knowledge of Google AdWords, YouTube Advertising, Meta Business Manager and Advertising (FB/IG)

  • Proficient in SEO strategies

  • Experience with e-Commerce sales models and advertising strategies

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, HubSpot, or related software

  • Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with individual interactions with team members

  • Outstanding organization and administrative accountability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to think individually as well as collaboratively when approaching personnel issues

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Communications (Preferred)

  • Minimum of (3) years related work experience

  • Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking

  • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs

  • Perform work with OSHA required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE.

Digital Marketer

Customer Service Representative

Full-time

$20 - $29 an hour

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.

  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Customer service experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
