Jason Tebeau


Jason Tebeau has over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership and product development experience in a wide range of technologies and markets. He is the founder of Da Vinci Medical and an inventor with expertise ranging from architectural CAD/CAM software development to health and consumer product marketing and sales.


Architecturally trained and deeply connected to science and technology through family and personal interests, his early success resulted from developing software products to enhance one of the world's leading CAD applications. He subsequently led the International Support team for Daikin Labs which deployed the first DVD-authoring software to the motion picture and music industry. This laid the foundation for his philosophy of exceptional technical support as a core aspect of business and client success.


Jason has invented multiple consumer products that were distributed by big-box stores, such as Target and Walgreens, and sold on the QVC television shopping network. During the past decade, he has concentrated on health and wellness products for personal and professional improvement. Most recently, he is the creator of the Superhuman Protocol® which offers a whole-body solution to naturally boosting health and performance.


Timothy L. Brooks, M.S.
Microscope Sales


Mr. Brooks brings over 30 years of experience in the Life Science industry to Da Vinci Medical. His wide-ranging career progressed from academic and industrial research to sales, marketing management and executive positions for the introduction of new bioscience, laboratory automation and clinical technologies. He has represented market-leading products and services for global healthcare companies including Beckman Coulter, Bio-Rad Laboratories and Quest Diagnostics. Mr. Brooks received a B.A. in Biology from UC San Diego and a M.S. in Biochemistry from UC San Francisco.​

Mike Petrucelli


Mike Petrucelli has been in the Health and Wellness industry since 2007. He has been a top leader and educator for a number of industry-leading companies whose main focus is on the well-being of human physiology. Mike is well known in the “healthy water” industry as pioneering the very first Alkaline/Hydrogen Water Store in the USA while educating and servicing over 5,000 customers. In recent years he has personally educated thousands of people on the benefits of outstanding life-enhancing products such as EMF protection devices, healthy water filtration, Hydrogen Water units, Hydrogen inhalation machines and more. Mike has also achieved success a Speaker, Certified National Trainer and on-stage MC and Presenter for a major network marketing company. Mike has a certain “casual but professional” way of assisting his clients on a level that makes people feel extremely comfortable with the education and purchasing process. Mike’s “down to earth” approach is just one ingredient that has helped him achieve the number one educator position with multiple companies in recent years. Greg Neal

Superhuman Protocol Specialist / Sales Lead

Greg is married and has 6 children.  He has a BS in Biology/Pre-Med from Portland State University. Greg has worked in Healthcare Industry for over 38 years. He served as the Clinical and Administrative Director for his family's medical practice for nearly 20 years.


Greg then went on to consult on over 2000 surgical cases as a Surgical Device Rep since 1999 at over 50 Regional Hospitals, Specializing in Orthopedic, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, and Colorectal surgery.


Greg has had an established Wellness business since 2004 serving over 20,000 clients focusing on weight management.. Preventative Medicine solutions and reducing Cardiometabolic risk have always been his goal and passion, providing a perfect Synergy with Da Vinci Medical's Health and Wellness offerings. 


Katy Vallandigham
General Manager

Katy Vallandigham is a highly experienced accountant, with 16 years of expertise in the field. A real passion for training and mentoring members of her team drives her work ethic; she firmly believes in setting high expectations and standards for customer service. Always aiming to provide an excellent experience for those she interacts with, Katy is dedicated to exceeding her clients' expectations. Born and raised in Southern California, she loves the sunshine and the beach and enjoys spending most of her time with her two children.

Shaelyn Perez 

Customer Support Supervisor

Shaelyn Perez attended the University of California, San Diego, where she competed on the women’s volleyball team and graduated with a B.A. in Communications & a minor in Business. As a NCAA collegiate athlete, she very quickly learned the significance of the correlation between body nourishment and body functionality. Since then, she has carried on her interest in health and wellness and has been given the opportunity with Da Vinci Medical to share this passion with each customer that she engages with, while also putting her 8 years of prior customer relation skills to use. Eager to deliver quality experiences, she commits immense dedication to her projects and works relentlessly to assure customer satisfaction.

Caitlin Santos

Caitlin Santos is a dynamic client relations and sales solutions representative who offers significant expertise in managing vendors and customers. She received her B.A. in Business Management from California State University Fullerton and has more than 10 years of experience in sales, consumer relations and hospitality management. Throughout her career, Caitlin has served in and contributed to a variety of esteemed companies that have geared her to her current career path. She is passionate about health and wellness and thrives on talking about the products offered by Da Vinci Medical. Her high energy and enjoyment of helping people enables her to anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Cody Webright

With a background in Social Science and many years of customer service experience, Cody brings much to the team. He has ten years of experience in customer service, and a work ethic to match. He leverages this with his knowledge of Da Vinci Medical’s products to passionately help his customers with their needs. Outside of the office, he loves to step outside of his comfort zone. He is a firm believer that anything and everything can be an opportunity to learn and grow, and that mentality helps him further achieve his, and his customer’s goals.

Wyatt is an accomplished Customer Support Specialist with an extensive background in customer-facing roles. Possessing a remarkable ability to discern and address client needs, Wyatt consistently delivers exceptional service to every Da Vinci Medical customer he engages with. Over the course of his career, Wyatt has held positions across diverse industries, including commercial equipment rental and debt consolidation, allowing him to cultivate and refine the skills necessary for success in his current role. His multifaceted experience in customer support and accounting, coupled with his affable disposition and positive outlook, render him a valuable addition to the excellent team at Da Vinci Medical.


Vanessa Casillas

Vanessa Casillas brings several years customer satisfaction to the team having worked with Disney. Later, Transitioning to logistics & accounting roll for 8 years. With her experience she is thrilled to be a part of such an innovative team at Da Vinci. Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry, she has a passion for health & fitness. When she’s not working you can find her hiking with her dog in beautiful Arizona or at the nearest cycle studio.


Spencer Burnett

After attending Utah Tech University, Spencer spent several years working in the Red Light Therapy manufacturing world, gaining valuable product knowledge. This experience provided him with a seamless transition into his current role in Tech Support at Da Vinci Medical. He is passionate about assisting everyone in maximizing the benefits of the Superhuman Protocol.


A native of Colorado, Spencer now resides in Utah with his family. He is married to his wife Jenna, and together they have energetic one-year-old twins, Carter and Boston. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time outdoors, playing and watching sports. He is also a travel enthusiast, always on the lookout for the best local food.




Scott T. Schaeffer, DC, CSCS

Dr. Scott Schaeffer is in his second decade as owner and director of Westchester Total Health, an integrative wellness facility in Mount Kisco, New York. There Dr. Schaeffer utilizes his strong foundation of chiropractic care and strength training experience to optimize treatment and fitness outcomes. Dr. Schaeffer’s extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology began in 1991 at California State University, San Luis Obispo where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biomechanics. He went on to begin his graduate studies at Cleveland Chiropractic College Los Angeles where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1996. Dr. Schaeffer also holds a CSCS certification (Strength and Conditioning Specialist) which lead to his recruitment by the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) as their U.S.-based strength and conditioning coach in 2004. When Dr. Schaeffer isn’t treating or training clients you can find him coaching, working out in the gym or enjoying time with his wife and three children.

P. Tennent Slack, MD

A native of Gainesville, Georgia, Dr. Slack earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics at the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine, where he also completed a residency in Anesthesiology. He practiced Anesthesiology in Atlanta for 14 years before completing a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. In 2009, Dr. Slack returned to Gainesville to practice Pain Medicine exclusively. He is a member of the Georgia Medical Association and the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.  Dr. Slack is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology.

Dr. Slack has served as co-chair of the Medical Association of Georgia Foundation’s Think About It campaign for the past 6 years. The Think About It campaign is dedicated to reducing the number of prescription opioid overdose deaths through education of both the public and prescribers.


Jason Hammond, MD

Dr. Hamond is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon, entrepreneur, inventor, and author. Trained at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for medical school and residency, he specializes in sports medicine and regenerative medicine. He has written a book explaining stem cell therapy called, The GUUD Book on Stem Cells for Joint Pain.  He is the CEO of AireSupport, an orthopedic health company, and is active in innovation and product development.  His first patented product is licensed for surgical use worldwide by Arthrex and he has another patent pending product in development.  He currently acts as a medical advisor for the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering and Design. 

​Kenneth Totz, DO FACEP

Dr. Kenneth Totz DO FACEP is a practicing board-certified Emergency Physician. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He then earned his medical degree at Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He completed a transitional internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia and then Flight Surgery training at the Naval Operations Medical Institute in Pensacola, Florida during his twelve year Naval career. Dr. Totz subsequently moved back to his hometown of Houston, Texas to complete a residency in Emergency Medicine at The University of Texas at Houston. During his last year of residency, Dr. Totz was bitten by a patient, while attempting to navigate an orogastric tube into position. That was the epiphany moment that lead to the creation of Intubix. 

Kraig P. Kooiman


Mr. Kooiman has extensive experience in product design and development from concept to manufacturing. For the past decade of his 30+ year career he has worked in developing innovative medical device solutions for a start-up to Fortune 500 companies, including such diverse products as spine surgery devices; sutureless wound closure devices; hand-held powered instruments; portable oxygen concentrators and generators; disposable diabetic infusion sets; and hospital vacuum system containers. Kraig is an industry expert in industrial design, mechanical design (SolidWorks), human factors/ergonomics, rapid prototyping, and procurement of prototype/production tooling and parts.

Fernando Lugo

Fernando Lugo has over a decade of experience creating successful marketing strategies to help wellness professionals quickly expand their practices and increase their revenue as well as a successful portfolio in enterprise level global B2B sales. His experience is rich in the areas of technology, health & wellness, business & consumer buying trends and building growth strategies. The combination of his entrepreneurial background along with his corporate acumen makes way for a unique approach to business. Fernando has a personal network that consists of tens of thousands of US based health practitioners and a vast global network of industry moguls expanding across industries such as athletics, telecommunications, PR and entertainment.

Thomas Incledon PhD


Dr. Incledon is the founder and CEO of Causenta Wellness, and the Causenta Cancer Treatment Center in Arizona.
